The National Institute of Unani Medicine (NIUM), Bangalore has notified for admissions for Post Graduate Entrance Test (PGET-2014) to be conducted by September 21, 2014.
PGET is conducted for taking admission to Mahire Tib Doctor of Medicine (M.D) and Mahire Jarahat Master of Surgery (M.S) programmes in Unani offered in various departments for the session 2014-15.

Eligibility Criteria: A candidate must have obtained the Kamile Tib o Jarahat (BUMS) degree or any other degree in Unani Medicine as recognised by CCIM and must have completed 06 months/12 months internship/house job as the case may be, on or before September 10, 2014.

The entrance test paper shall be of 100 marks containing objective-type, multiple-choice questions covering all the subjects of BUMS programme.
Each question will carry one mark.
The duration of the paper will be 100 minutes.
There will be no negative marking for any incorrect answer.
Important Dates: The last date for submission of application form is September 10, 2014.
The last date for submission of hard copy of application form is September 12, 2014.
