Delhi University Admissions 2015: Second cut-off list for Arts stream released

The Delhi University has declared the second cut-off list for its admissions to undergraduate courses, today. The lists for all subjects and courses are now available at the official website, www.du.ac.in.
The first cut-off saw History (Hons) emerging as the most sought after while the Science courses failed to take off in most of the colleges in the varsity. Other colleges such as Lady Shri Ram College (LSR) also witnessed a slight increase in cut-offs for courses like BA, BA (H) English and BA (H) Journalism. While cut-offs for BA have increased from 95.5 to 97, for English Honours and Journalism, they have risen by one percentage point from 97.25 to 98.25 and 96 to 97 per cent, respectively.

The cut-offs for different colleges for BA Programme and BA English (H) courses for the second list are mentioned below:
BA English (Hons.):
Daulat Ram College: 95.25 percent
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College: Admissions closed
Delhi College of Arts and Commerce: 96 percent
Dyal Singh College: 95 percent
Hans Raj College: 96.75 percent
Hindu College: 97.25 percent
I.P. College: 95.25 percent
Janki Devi Memorial College: 94 percent
Kalindi College: Admissions closed
Kamala Nehru College: 93.5 percent
Kirori Mal College: 95.50 to 96.75 percent
Lady Shri Ram College: 97.75 percent
Lakshmi Bai College: 93 percent
Maharaja Agrasen College:  Admissions closed
Maitreyi College: 94 percent
Ramjas College: 96 percent
Shaheed Bhagat Singh College: 94 percent
S.G.T.B. Khalsa College: 96 percent
Sri Venkateswara College: Admissions closed.

Delhi College of Arts and Commerce: 89-90.5 percent
Deshbandhu College: 71-81 percent

The admission formalities for the candidates eligible after the second cut-off are supposed to be completed by July 2. The third cut-off list will be announced on July 4.
