The HORTICET-2015 is conducted by Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University
(Dr. YSRHU), Venkataramannagudem for admissions to 4 years Bachelor of
Science (B.Sc) programme. The schedule for the same has been announced.
The exam which is conducted for admission into B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture degree programme will be held on July 31.
Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification:
The interested candidates must have acquired a diploma in Horticulture course from Dr. YSRHU of Andhra Pradesh. Those who will be completing their academic year in 2014-15 are also eligible to apply.
Age limit:
The candidates belonging to the general category must be at least 17 years in age and should not be more than 22 years.
The candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must not be more than 25 years in age.
Selection procedure
An entrance test which would be in Telugu, would be conducted for admission into the B.Sc course. The candidates will be short listed strictly on the basis of rule of reservations and merit only.
