Himachal Pradesh University (HPU), Shimla has invited applications
from interested and eligible candidates to apply for its Master of
Technology (M.Tech) program in Computer Science). The course will be of a
2 years duration.
Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification:
The candidates interested in applying for this programme must possess a master's degree with minimum of 55 percent marks (50 percent marks for SC/ST category), or equivalent grade point, in Mathematics/ Physics/ Electronics/ Computer Application(MCA)/ Computer Science /Information Technology/ 4 years bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology.
Or
The candidates must have passed any examination, of university in foreign country, recognised as equivalent for the above purpose by equivalence committee of HP University or on recommendation of Association of Indian Universities with 55 percent marks (50 percent marks for SC/ST).
Selection procedure
An entrance test of a 3 hours duration will be conducted by H.P. University, Shimla for the selection of the candidates.
